Ground floor

Behind the front door/entrance is a spacious hall with old original features such as a bricked-in feeder and rack. Here there are three doors:

  • Door to the charming living room with underfloor heating and fireplace. From the living room, there is access to a toilet and to the kitchen with modern appliances. From the kitchen there is access to a vaulted cellar with well. From the living room you have directly access to the garden. There is also access through a sliding door to a nice large room that can be used as an extra living space after some adjustments. Building preparations such as laying pipes have already been made for this purpose.

First floor

This floor has an impressive open loft. It can be used as a playroom, training room and/or sleeping place for groups. This originally hayloft provides access to a bathroom with bathtub with shower and washbasin, a separate second toilet and two double bedrooms. These rooms are heated by radiators.


Second floor/loft
