Beautiful 400-year-old characteristic farmhouse. The Farmhouse has been tastefully renovated by its current owners. What immediately stands out are the many original elements that have been preserved. Think of the beautiful thick walls of typical yellow Ardennes limestone, impressive beam constructions and the original troughs where wood is now waiting for the fireplace/Franklin stove. The farm is surrounded by its own meadow which is mowed once a year by a farmer friend. Next to the meadow is his barn for thirty-five cows and sheep. You can always contact him for fresh milk. To the side of the farmhouse is a large covered veranda and a beautifully tended extensive garden.  Would you like to swim in nature? Then you can do so (completely privately) in the stream less than 3 minutes’ walk away. In the evening, you can warm yourself up by the large (private) fireplace. The farmhouse and the charming outbuilding offer plenty of possibilities. Would you like to stay here with a large family, combine private and business life or start a B&B, for example? Anything is possible here!

Ground floor

Behind the front door/entrance is a spacious hall with old original features such as a bricked-in feeder and rack. Here there are three doors:

• Door to a large ground-floor bedroom with its own walk-in shower and washing facilities. Through the two casement windows you have views of the meadows.
• Door to the charming living room with underfloor heating and fireplace. From the living room, there is access to a toilet and to the kitchen with modern appliances. From the kitchen there is access to a vaulted cellar with well. From the living room you have directly access to the garden. There is also access through a sliding door to a nice large room that can be used as an extra living space after some adjustments. Building preparations such as laying pipes have already been made for this purpose.
• Door to additional hallway where there is a connection to the tool shed, above which another separate bedroom can be created and the stairs to the first floor.

First floor

This floor has an impressive open loft. It can be used as a playroom, training room and/or sleeping place for groups. This originally hayloft provides access to a bathroom with bathtub with shower and washbasin, a separate second toilet and two double bedrooms. These rooms are heated by radiators.

Second floor/loft

A fixed staircase from the first floor leads to the attic. Here there is room for two enclosed bedrooms. Currently, they are open sleeping areas. The velux windows make it a pleasantly bright room.

Outbuilding (formerly 2 stables)
Against the main building is an outbuilding with two entrance doors. This space is currently used for storage but is planned for the development of a holiday/B&B stay. Preparations such as pipework have now been made.
